Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Ursuline Academy Lions (New Orleans, LA) and the visiting De La Salle Cavalier (New Orleans, LA), observed Ursuline Academy's volleyball team top De La Salle by a count of 3-1.

The Lions (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Ursuline Academy (Dedham, MA). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Ursuline Academy was knocked off by Notre Dame Academy (Hingham, MA), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Cavalier meet the Benjamin Franklin Falcons (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 23. De La Salle will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Falcons enter the contest with a 7-7 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Academy of Our Lady (Marrero, LA).
