Garrison Bulldogs (Garrison, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Gary Bobcats (Gary, TX), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Timpson Bears (Timpson, TX) in a 2A Region III District 20 match, on Tuesday, September 27. Garrison will attempt to better on its 9-13 season record. The Bears go into the contest with a 3-12 record after their 3-1 league win over Shelbyville (Shelbyville, TX).

With the loss, Gary moves to 2-25 on the year. The Bobcats host San Augustine (San Augustine, TX) to battle the Wolves in a 2A Region III District 20 contest on Tuesday, September 27. The Wolves go into the contest with a record of 10-2. San Augustine won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Hudson (Lufkin, TX)
