The Bishop Garrigan Golden Bears volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host West Hancock Eagles to 0 in the Golden Bears league victory on Saturday.

The Golden Bears now possess a 6-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garner-Hayfield/Ventura for a non-league game on Saturday, September 23. Bishop Garrigan will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Eagle Grove (Eagle Grove, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 11-7.

The Eagles (1-20) will now prepare for their game against North Iowa (Buffalo Center, IA). The Bison enter the Top of Iowa - West game with a 9-3 record. In their last game, North Iowa defeated Newman Catholic (Mason City, IA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
