The South Winneshiek Warriors volleyball team (Calmar, IA), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Jesup J-Hawks (Jesup, IA)
The J-Hawks (12-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Central (Elkader, IA). The Warriors enter the non-league challenge with a 2-14 record. In their last challenge, Central nipped Clayton-Ridge (Guttenburg, IA), 3-2, in a league challenge.
Next, the Warriors encounter the Decorah-North Winneshiek Vikings (Decorah, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 23. South Winneshiek will attempt to move on its 12-11 season record.
