The J-Hawks now possess a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alburnett for a non-league game on Saturday, September 9. Jesup will meet a Pirates team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to North Cedar (Stanwood, IA). The Pirates record now stands at 0-7.

The Warriors (5-7) will now prepare for their game against Central (Elkader, IA). The Warriors enter the Upper Iowa game with a 0-9 record. In their last game, Central was dropped by Central City (Central City, IA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
