The Mountaineers (3-8) will now prepare for their battle against Benton (Benton, PA). The Tigers enter the Mid-Penn D4 battle with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, Benton tipped Milton (Milton, PA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Red Raiders confront the Shamokin Area Indians (Coal Township, PA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 28. Montgomery will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record.
