West Virginia High School Volleyball - Hedgesville tips Washington

September 23, 2025: Hedgesville, WV 25427

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Hedgesville Eagles (Hedgesville, WV) and the visiting Washington Patriots (Charles Town, WV), observed Hedgesville's volleyball team hold off Washington by a tally of 2-1.

The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Martinsburg (Martinsburg, WV). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.

Next, the Patriots meet the Windber Ramblers (Windber, PA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 27. Washington will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Ramblers go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Ferndale (Johnstown, PA).
