North Carolina High School Volleyball - Cardinal Gibbons over Sanderson

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Sanderson Spartans.

The Crusaders (13-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Cary (Cary, NC). The Imps enter the Triangle Six 6A/7A challenge with a 3-10 record. In their last challenge, Cary was beaten by Middle Creek (Apex, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans meet the Felton Grove Galaxy (Apex, NC) in a Triangle Six 6A/7A challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Sanderson will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Galaxy enter the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC).
