Nebraska High School Volleyball - High Plains tips Elba

September 23, 2025: Polk, NE 68654

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the High Plains Storm (Polk, NE) and the visiting Elba Bluejays (Elba, NE), observed High Plains's volleyball team hold off Elba by a count of 2-1.

The Storm (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Newman Grove/St. Edward (Newman Grove, NE). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Newman Grove/St. Edward got by Osmond (Osmond, NE), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bluejays encounter the Nebraska Lutheran Knights (Waco, NE) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 25. Elba will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Knights go into the battle with a 4-10 record after their 2-0 league loss to Bruning-Davenport/Shickley (Bruning, NE).
