North Carolina High School Volleyball - Murphy over Rosman

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Murphy Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Rosman Tigers.

The Bulldogs (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC). The Black Knights come into the Smoky Mountain 1A/2A challenge with a 10-6 record. In their last challenge, Robbinsville beat Andrews (Andrews, NC), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers play the Swain County Maroon Devils (Bryson City, NC) in a Smoky Mountain 1A/2A challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Rosman will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Maroon Devils go into the game with a 7-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Cherokee (Cherokee, NC).
