In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Robert F. Kennedy Community Bobcats volleyball team scored a tight 1-0 triumph over the Maywood CES Wolfpack.

The Bobcats (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Belmont (Los Angeles, CA). The Sentinels come into the Central battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Belmont nudged Hollywood (Los Angeles, CA), 3-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Wolfpack encounter the Maywood Academy Nighthawks (Maywood, CA) in a Southern battle, on Tuesday, September 27. Maywood CES will attempt to move on its 0-12 season record. The Nighthawks come into the battle with a 0-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Los Angeles (Los Angeles, CA).
