Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Lincoln Lions (Lincoln, RI) and the visiting Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI), saw Lincoln's soccer squad knock off Mt. Hope by a count of 3-0.

The Lions (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against La Salle Academy (Providence, RI). The Rams enter the Division 1 battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, La Salle Academy by Cumberland (Cumberland, RI), 5-3, in a league battle.

Next up, the Huskies confront the Cranston West Falcons (Cranston, RI) in a Division 1 battle, on Thursday, September 26. Mt. Hope will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 5-3 record after their 2-1 league loss to King Philip Regional (Wrentham, MA).
