Georgia High School Softball - Armuchee bounces Bowdon

In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Armuchee Indians softball team scored a nice 13-1 win over the Bowdon Red Devils.
The Indians (12-9) will now prepare for their match against Dade County (Trenton, GA). The Wolverines come into the 1A D-I Region 7 match with a 19-4 record. In their last match, Dade County defeated Fannin County (Blue Ridge, GA), 7-0, in a league game.
The Red Devils now own a 10-10 record. They play next when they host Mt. Zion for a 1A D-II Region 7 game on Thursday, September 25. Bowdon will play a Eagles squad coming off a 8-7 league win over Bowdon (Bowdon, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 12-9.
