In Monday's non-league battle, the host Robertson County Black Devils volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Augusta Panthers.
The Black Devils (14-10) will now prepare for their battle against Bourbon County (Paris, KY). The Colonels come into the non-league battle with a 7-15 record. In their last battle, Bourbon County achieved victory over Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Panthers encounter the Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, September 27. Augusta will attempt to advance on its 3-18 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 11-11 record after their 3-1 league loss to Harrison County (Cynthiana, KY).
