California High School Football - Plumas Charter edged by Burney

The Burney Raiders tipped the host Plumas Charter Warriors football squad by a margin of 26-20 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Raiders now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Hayfork for a California - Division I (8 Man) test on Friday, October 3. Burney will meet a Timberjacks squad coming off a 56-0 non-league win over Chester (Chester, CA). The Timberjacks record now stands at 5-0.

With the defeat, Plumas Charter falls to 3-2 on the year. The Warriors host Tulelake (Tulelake, CA) to face the Honkers in a California - Division I (8 Man) game on Friday, October 3.
