The Timberland Wolves prevailed the host Burke Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Wolves now possess a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Academic Magnet for a AA Region 6 bout on Tuesday, September 30. Timberland will clash with a Raptors team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Gray Collegiate Academy (West Columbia, SC). The Raptors record now stands at 11-8.
With the loss, Burke drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC) to confront the Iron Horses in a AA Region 6 match on Tuesday, September 30. The Iron Horses enter the match with a record of 26-3. Philip Simmons lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC)
