South Carolina High School Volleyball - Burke overwhelmed by Timberland

The Timberland Wolves topped the visiting Burke Bulldogs volleyball squad by a margin of 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.
The Wolves now possess a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Edisto for a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 10. Timberland will play a Cougars team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Hampton County (Varnville, SC). The Cougars record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Burke drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC) to play the Iron Horses in a AA Region 6 outing on Thursday, September 11. The Iron Horses come into the outing with a record of 16-1. Philip Simmons won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Woodland (Dorchester, SC)
