With the win, Winder-Barrow improves its record to 20-14 on the season. The Bulldoggs travel to Apalachee (Winder, GA) to battle the Wildcats in a 5A Area 8 contest on Tuesday, September 30. The Wildcats enter the contest with a record of 20-15. Apalachee lost 2-0 in their recent league contest against Loganville (Loganville, GA)

Next, the Gladiators battle the Jackson County Panthers (Jefferson, GA) in a 5A Area 8 contest, on Thursday, October 2. Clarke Central will attempt to move on its 3-19 season record.
