East Lincoln Mustangs (Denver, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the host West Iredell Warriors (Statesville, NC), 3-0 in a league outing.

The Mustangs now have a 7-12 record. They play next when they host Foard for a Western Foothills 4A/5A outing on Tuesday, September 30.

With the loss, West Iredell drops to 5-9 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Hickory (Hickory, NC) to play the Red Tornadoes in a Western Foothills 4A/5A outing on Tuesday, September 30. The Red Tornadoes come into the outing with a record of 23-4. Hickory lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC)
