North Carolina High School Volleyball - Sanderson over Felton Grove

The Sanderson Spartans volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Felton Grove Galaxy to 0 in the Spartans league triumph on Thursday.

The Spartans now possess a 4-12 record. They play next when they host Middle Creek for a Triangle Six 6A/7A outing on Tuesday, September 30. Sanderson will play a Mustangs team coming off a 3-1 league win over Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-5.

With the loss, Felton Grove drops to 4-10 on the campaign. The Galaxy travel to Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC) to confront the Pirates in a non-league match on Monday, September 29. The Pirates enter the match with a record of 9-5. Riverside-Durham won 3-0 in their recent league match against Northern Durham (Durham, NC)
