North Carolina High School Volleyball - Middle Creek over Holly Springs

In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Middle Creek Mustangs volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Holly Springs Golden Hawks.

The Mustangs (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Sanderson (Raleigh, NC). The Spartans go into the Triangle Six 6A/7A test with a 4-12 record. In their last test, Sanderson achieved victory over Felton Grove (Apex, NC), 3-0, in a league test.

The Golden Hawks now own a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cary for a Triangle Six 6A/7A test on Tuesday, September 30. Holly Springs will face a Imps squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC). The Imps record now stands at 3-11.
