The Crisp County Cougars routed the host Monroe Golden Tornadoes softball squad by a final score of 7-0 in Monday's league battle.
The Cougars (17-3) will now prepare for their battle against Monroe (Albany, GA). The Golden Tornadoes go into the 3A Region 1 battle with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, Monroe was routed by Carver (Columbus, GA), 15-2, in a league battle.
