Colorado High School Softball - Valley knocked off by Brush

In Tuesday's league contest, the Brush Beetdiggers (Brush, CO) softball team overwhelmed the host Valley Vikings (Gilcrest, CO), by a margin of 18-3.

With the triumph, Brush moves its record to 10-9 on the year. The Beetdiggers host Wellington (Wellington, CO) to play the Eagles in a 3A/4A Patriot contest on Wednesday, September 27. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 10-8. Wellington lost 20-7 in their recent league contest against Resurrection Christian (Loveland, CO)

In their next game, the Vikings play the Eaton Reds (Eaton, CO) in a 3A/4A Patriot contest, on Thursday, September 28. Valley will attempt to move on its 6-12 season record. The Reds come into the contest with a 17-1 record after their 12-0 league win over University (Greeley, CO).
