Texas High School Volleyball - Alief Hastings crushed by Alvin

The Alvin Yellowjackets prevailed the visiting Alief Hastings Bears volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Yellowjackets now have a 11-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dawson for a 6A Region III District 23 test on Friday, September 29. Alvin will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Alief Elsik (Houston, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 28-8.

The Bears (17-16) will now prepare for their test against Pearland (Pearland, TX). The Oilers enter the 6A Region III District 23 test with a 26-10 record. In their last test, Pearland gained a win over Brazoswood (Clute, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
