The Portland Christian Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Fern Creek Tigers to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now have a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Louisville Saints HomeSchool for a non-league game on Thursday, September 28. Portland Christian will meet a Saints team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Christian Academy-Louisville (Louisville, KY). The Saints record now stands at 21-7.
The Tigers (11-14) will now prepare for their game against Fairdale (Fairdale, KY). The Bulldogs enter the non-league game with a 8-14 record. In their last game, Fairdale nipped Southern (Louisville, KY), 2-0, in a non-league game.
