Idaho High School Soccer - Wood River knocks off Minico

In Thursday's league outing, the host Wood River Wolverines soccer squad scored a nice 11-0 victory over the Minico Spartans.
The Wolverines (11-1) will now prepare for their outing against Century (Pocatello, ID). The Diamondbacks go into the non-league outing with a 9-0 record. In their last outing, Century prevailed over Shelley (Shelley, ID), 1-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Spartans play the Jerome Tigers (Jerome, ID) in a 5A Great Basin outing, on Tuesday, October 1. Minico will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Tigers go into the outing with a 7-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to Mountain Home (Mountain Home, ID).
