Kentucky High School Volleyball - Metcalfe County over Clinton County

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY) and the visiting Clinton County Bulldogs (Albany, KY), observed Metcalfe County's volleyball team top Clinton County by a count of 3-0.

The Hornets (9-14) will now prepare for their contest against Todd County Central (Elkton, KY). The Rebels enter the non-league contest with a 12-10 record. In their last contest, Todd County Central notched a victory over Russellville (Russellville, KY), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Bulldogs battle the John Hardin Bulldogs (Elizabethtown, KY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 28. Clinton County will attempt to move on its 7-11 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 8-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Elizabethtown (Elizabethtown, KY).
