    • Colorado High School Football - Limon can't hold off Buena Vista

    September 26, 2025: Buena Vista, CO 81211

    The Buena Vista Demons got by the visiting Limon Badgers football team by a score of 13-10 in Friday's non-league challenge.

    Next, the Demons meet the Ellicott Thunderhawks (Calhan, CO) in a 1A Tri-Peaks test, on Friday, October 3. Buena Vista will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Thunderhawks come into the test with a 4-1 record after their 21-2 non-league loss to Cedaredge (Cedaredge, CO).

    With the defeat, Limon drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Badgers travel to Wiggins (Wiggins, CO) to meet the Tigers in a 1A North Central challenge on Friday, October 3. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Wiggins lost 14-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Strasburg (Strasburg, CO)
