In Friday's league game, the Sequatchie County Indians (Dunlap, TN) football team overcame the host Forrest Rockets (Chapel Hill, TN), by a tally of 54-35.

In their next game, the Indians battle the Watertown Purple Tigers (Watertown, TN) in a 3A Region 4 game, on Friday, October 3. Sequatchie County will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Purple Tigers enter the game with a 4-2 record after their 37-0 league win over Community (Unionville, TN).
