The Washington Latin Public Charter School Lions soccer squad scored 10 points and held the visiting Avalon Black Knights to 0 in the Lions non-league victory on Friday.

The Lions now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to E.L. Haynes for a PCSAA bout on Tuesday, October 7.

With the loss, Avalon moves to 0-4 on the year. The Black knights travel to Springdale Prep (New Windsor, MD) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 2. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 6-0.
