Colorado High School Softball - Rifle bounces Durango

September 26, 2025: Rifle, CO 81650

In Friday's non-league match, the host Rifle Bears softball team scored a nice 15-3 win over the Durango Demons.

The Bears (15-4) will now prepare for their match against Montezuma-Cortez (Cortez, CO). The Panthers come into the non-league match with a 6-13 record. In their last match, Montezuma-Cortez was routed by Alamosa (Alamosa, CO), 16-12, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Demons confront the Eagle Valley Devils (Gypsum, CO) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 27. Durango will attempt to better on its 9-7 season record.
