The Lake Highlands Wildcats (Dallas, TX) volleyball knocked off the host Nimitz Vikings (Irving, TX), 3-0 in Friday's league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 19-7 record. They play next when they host MacArthur for a 6A Region I District 7 bout on Tuesday, September 30. Lake Highlands will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Pearce (Richardson, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-11.

With the loss, Nimitz falls to 6-13 on the year. The Vikings host Berkner (Richardson, TX) to battle the Rams in a 6A Region I District 7 contest on Tuesday, September 30. The Rams enter the contest with a record of 10-17. Berkner won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Irving (Irving, TX)
