The Metcalfe County Hornets held off the visiting Cumberland County Panthers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's league test.

The Hornets now have a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to John Hardin for a non-league test on Saturday, October 15.
