The Bacon County Raiders softball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Pelham Hornets to 3 in the Raiders league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Bacon County improves its record to 13-3 on the year. The Raiders travel to Charlton County (Folkston, GA) to clash with the Indians in a non-league game on Monday, October 3. The Indians come into the game with a record of 8-7. Charlton County won 9-1 in their recent league game against Clinch County (Homerville, GA)

In their next game, the Hornets clash with the Irwin County Indians (Ocilla, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 1 game, on Tuesday, October 4. Pelham will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record.
