Texas High School Volleyball - Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy tips Austin

Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy Warriors (El Paso, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Austin Panthers (El Paso, TX), 3-2 in a league match.

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Bowie Bears (El Paso, TX) in a 4A Region I District 1 match, on Friday, September 30. Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy will attempt to advance on its 9-7 season record. The Bears come into the match with a 1-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Irvin (El Paso, TX).

With the loss, Austin drops to 9-11 on the campaign. The Panthers host Irvin (El Paso, TX) to clash with the Rockets in a 4A Region I District 1 match on Friday, September 30. The Rockets come into the match with a record of 12-9. Irvin won 3-0 in their recent league match against Bowie (El Paso, TX)
