Texas High School Volleyball - Austin Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy

The Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy Warriors topped the visiting Austin Panthers volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Friday's league test.

The Warriors now have a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bowie for a 4A Region I District 1 test on Tuesday, September 13. Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy will confront a Bears team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Irvin (El Paso, TX). The Bears record now stands at 0-9.

The Panthers (6-10) will now prepare for their test against Irvin (El Paso, TX). The Rockets enter the 4A Region I District 1 test with a 10-7 record. In their last test, Irvin gained a win over Da Vinci (El Paso, TX), 3-1, in a non-league test.
