The Dragons now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Huntsville for a 5A Region II District 16 bout on Friday, September 30. Nacogdoches will play a Hornets squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Kingwood Park (Kingwood, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 20-17.
