Cherokee Warriors (Canton, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Osborne Cardinals (Marietta, GA), 16-0 in a league challenge.

The Warriors now sport a 12-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Osborne for a 7A Region 5 challenge on Wednesday, September 27. Cherokee will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 17-1 non-league loss to Whitefield Academy (Mableton, GA). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-12.

With the loss, Osborne falls to 3-14 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Cherokee (Canton, GA) to face the Warriors in a 7A Region 5 challenge on Wednesday, September 27.
