The Princeton Tigers football squad scored 44 points and limited the host Stanberry Bulldogs to 42 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Albany for a Grand River (8 Man) test on Friday, October 4. Princeton will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 38-20 league win over North Andrew (Rosendale, MO). The Warriors record now stands at 5-0.
With the defeat, Stanberry drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Worth County/Northeast Nodaway (Grant City, MO) to meet the Tigers in a Grand River (8 Man) test on Friday, October 4. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 3-2. Worth County/Northeast Nodaway won 22-18 in their recent league test against St. Joseph Christian (St. Joseph, MO)
