The Port Neches-Groves Indians topped the host Port Arthur Memorial Titans volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Friday's league game.

Next up, the Indians face the Barbers Hill Eagles (Mt. Belvieu, TX) in a 5A Region III District 19 game, on Tuesday, October 1. Port Neches-Groves will attempt to advance on its 21-14 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 24-13 record after their 3-0 league win over Beaumont United (Beaumont, TX).

The Titans (5-12) will now prepare for their game against Nederland (Nederland, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 5A Region III District 19 game with a 18-18 record. In their last game, Nederland gained a win over Sterling (Baytown, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
