Indiana High School Volleyball - Elkhart edged by Homestead

The Elkhart Lions volleyball team (Elkhart, IN), was tipped 2-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Homestead Spartans (Fort Wayne, IN)

The Spartans (15-5) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Wayne Northrop (Fort Wayne, IN). The Bruins enter the non-league contest with a 7-13 record. In their last contest, Fort Wayne Northrop was tipped by West Noble (Ligonier, IN), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Lions meet the Mishawaka Marian Knights (Mishawaka, IN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 27. Elkhart will attempt to upgrade on its 19-7 season record. The Knights enter the contest with a 12-8 record after their 3-0 league win over South Bend Washington (South Bend, IN).
