Nebraska High School Volleyball - Pius X Marian

Marian Crusaders (Omaha, NE) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Pius X Thunderbolts (Lincoln, NE), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Crusaders (16-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Millard North (Omaha, NE). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 9-8 record. In their last challenge, Millard North beat Bellevue East (Bellevue, NE), 3-0, in a league test.

The Thunderbolts now own a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Norris for a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. Pius X will face a Titans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Standing Bear (Lincoln, NE). The Titans record now stands at 21-0.
