Next, the Bearcats confront the Patton Panthers (Morganton, NC) in a Mountain Foothills Seven 2A challenge, on Monday, October 3. Hendersonville will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 12-1 record after their 5-1 league win over Chase (Forest City, NC).

The Hilltoppers now possess a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they host Chase for a Mountain Foothills Seven 2A challenge on Monday, October 3. R-S Central will confront a Trojans team coming off a 5-1 league loss to Patton (Morganton, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 5-4.
