North Carolina High School Volleyball - Hickory crushed by Foard

The Foard Tigers topped the host Hickory Red Tornadoes volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's league test.

The Tigers now have a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Stephens for a Western Foothills 3A test on Monday, October 3. Foard will confront a Indians team coming off a 3-0 league win over Statesville (Statesville, NC). The Indians record now stands at 13-5.

The Red Tornadoes (7-11) will now prepare for their test against Statesville (Statesville, NC). The Greyhounds enter the Western Foothills 3A test with a 2-14 record. In their last test, Statesville was knocked off by St. Stephens (Hickory, NC), 3-0, in a league test.
