North Carolina High School Volleyball - Hickory crushed by Foard

The Foard Tigers topped the visiting Hickory Red Tornadoes volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Tigers now have a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Stephens for a Western Foothills 3A test on Thursday, September 8. Foard will confront a Indians team coming off a 3-2 league win over Statesville (Statesville, NC). The Indians record now stands at 9-2.

The Red Tornadoes (4-6) will now prepare for their test against Watauga (Boone, NC). The Pioneers enter the non-league test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Watauga gained a win over North Henderson (Hendersonville, NC), 3-1, in a non-league test.
