The Brooks County Trojans volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Sumter County Panthers to 0 in the Trojans non-league victory on Thursday.

The Trojans now have a 10-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cook for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 3. Brooks County will confront a Hornets team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Brantley County (Nahunta, GA). The Hornets record now stands at 12-12.

The Panthers (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Landmark Christian (Fairburn, GA). The War Eagles enter the 2A Area 2 game with a 18-5 record. In their last game, Landmark Christian gained a win over East Coweta (Sharpsburg, GA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
