The Staunton River Golden Eagles prevailed the visiting Fleming Colonels volleyball squad by a margin of 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.
With the win, Staunton River betters its record to 5-8 on the year. The Golden Eagles travel to Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA) to face the Cavaliers in a Blue Ridge outing on Tuesday, October 3. The Cavaliers go into the outing with a record of 10-4.
