North Carolina High School Volleyball - Jones crushed by Lejeune

September 28, 2023: Camp Lejeune, NC 28547

The Lejeune Devil Pups topped the visiting Jones Trojans volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Devil Pups now have a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pamlico County for a Coastal Plains 1A/2A test on Tuesday, October 3. Lejeune will confront a Hurricanes team coming off a 3-0 league win over Southside (Chocowinity, NC). The Hurricanes record now stands at 14-2.

The Trojans (3-11) will now prepare for their test against East Carteret (Beaufort, NC). The Mariners enter the Coastal Plains 1A/2A test with a 6-10 record. In their last test, East Carteret dropped by Northside - Pinetown (Pinetown, NC), 3-0, in a league test.
