The Christiansburg Blue Demons topped the visiting Pulaski County Cougars volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Blue Demons now have a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Salem for a River Ridge test on Tuesday, October 4. Christiansburg will confront a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 league win over Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 9-5.

The Cougars (1-11) will now prepare for their game against Floyd County (Floyd, VA). The Buffaloes enter the non-league game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, Floyd County gained a win over Alleghany (Covington, VA), 3-1, in a league game.
