The Christiansburg Blue Demons topped the host Pulaski County Cougars volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Blue Demons now have a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Salem for a River Ridge game on Thursday, September 8. Christiansburg will meet a Spartans team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 4-1.
The Cougars (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Fleming (Roanoke, VA). The Colonels enter the non-league game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Fleming dropped by Roanoke Catholic (Roanoke, VA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
